Autism Awareness Training:


This training is designed to enhance awareness of autism and dispel common myths associated with the diagnosis. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of autism characteristics in both male and female presentations, the importance of environmental adjustments, the significance of sensory-seeking and avoiding behaviours, and related mental health conditions. Additionally, learners will gain insights into Demand Avoidance.

Autism awareness training: This training aims to increase awareness around autism and combat common myths around the diagnosis. Learners will leave our sessions with an in-depth knowledge of the characteristics of autism in both male and female presentation, the need for environmental adjustments, the significance of sensory seeking/avoiding behaviours as well as the associated mental health conditions. Learners will also get an incite into Demand Avoidance.

This training also addresses LGBTQ+ issues, British values, and the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace.

    This training emphasizes the significance of teamwork and maintaining professional boundaries among colleagues and service users. It addresses issues such as sexual harassment in the workplace and the detrimental effects of gossip. Participants will engage in open discussions about their interpretations of a positive culture and explore strategies to prevent toxic working environments.
